Guru purnima 2022 ( Day 1 ) 10 th July
An enrapturing play by the children of Jagriti depicting life and teachings of the Great Guru Shri Shyama Churn Lahiri Mahasaya. Jagriti is an after-school program for the underprivileged kids under Rejuvenation-A Spiritual Foundation (philanthropic wing of Atman Gyan Dhyan Sadhana).

It was magnificent as always . In a hall packed with enthusiastic audience it was a joyous as well as an ecstatic spiritual evening!

It was the eve of Guru Poornima, on 15th that we finally settled into the meditative mood, with an extremely powerful guided dhyan by Aparnaji.
It seemed that the hall of Kabir Peace Mission that we had reserved for our 4-day long events, was preparing for the culmation of the D-day. The enchanting potrait of Yogiraj on the stage decked with white flowers called out the deepest feelings of reverence from every devotee.
The dawn of 16th must have heard the fevour of Guru Mantra that crowned each heart. In todays’ world it is almost an impossible occurance that so many people would rush to leave behind every material pleasure, recognition, pride, or gain and seek the anand that only comes after Nishkaam devotion.
After a few hours of meditation, the day started with a rendition of Guru Aarti created and sung by Aparnaji “Yogeshwar Shree..Sadguru Yogi”. A plate full of bhakti, salutations, reverence was offered in front of that Sadguru who is but the enlightened self. All the participants performed symbolic puja of Guru Tatva and the atmosphere was at once showered with blessings as a handful of roses filled the hall with powerful fragrance. It is true..If the shishya seeks Guru Kripa, Guru too seeks shishya bhakti.
The next two hours were reserved for “Bhaav Abhivyakti” hosted by Monica Chaddha, and it was true to its name. One after another, devotees performed bhajans, poems written by Aparnaji, and dances in praise of the Guru. Anand flowed effortlessly and perfection was natural. The melodious songs felt like nector on the tongue. A one-act play “Aum ka Mulya” was performed by the Rejuvenators to depict the importance of samarpan towards the Guru and was an impeccable combination of humour and serious teaching. It is indeed true, even the simplest thing done with reverence turns out magical. Clad in soft colours, in the white fragrant room full of powerful energy, we experienced what must be heaven.
The rest of the day was devoted to Satsang, reading the teachings of Yogiraaj and a question/answer session with Aparnaji. What is tyaag, what is sanyaas, what is tap and what is kriya. The miraculous day ended with a meditative walk, and carrying the frangance of Guru in our hearts, we returned home…it was truly and completely the efforts of the whole Rejuvenation family.
