Aparnaji
Aparna Nevatia, a spiritual leader and the initiator of Atma Gyan Dhyan Sadhana exemplifies pursuit of deep spirituality with an approach that perfectly blends science, logic, bhakti and dhyan.
The founder of ‘Rejuvenation- A Spiritual Foundation’, she has been teaching meditation for more than 15 years. With the support of her husband Sameer Nevatia and children Vedanshi and Soham, she established this proper center for peaceful meditation on 30th September, 2011.
Born on 23rd September,1969, Aparnaji has had no particular desire since the early childhood, but a seemingly perpetual thirst to know. For that she tried to search through different holy books, visited saints in different parts of India and even went on to try methods of occult science, but nothing could really satisfy that insatiable fire within. In 1990, following some divine intuitions she married Mr Sameer Nevatia, an equally spiritual, honest and noble man. In any given period of life, no matter what she was doing, her spiritual quest never stopped. Joys or sorrows, her devotion towards The One got strengthened day by day and at last, in the year 2003, one day, sitting in her home she met her Great Guru in a transcendental meditative state.
This highly charged encounter followed many more and gave her journey a definitive and obvious direction. Though, to balance the life of a house wife with that of being a Yogi was never easy but with the grace of her Guru she never gave up. “We have taken human birth to experience God!” – Believing this sublime truth she kept walking on the path shown by her Great Guru Yogiraj Shree Shama Churn Lahiree Maharaj.
Aparnaji is highly original and practical in her methods of teaching and spreads the seeds of Spirituality among her followers in various unimaginable and wonderful ways. Her mission is to awaken the spiritual dimension of human personality through gyan, dhyan, bhakti and karma.
Her teachings includes merging with Nature, synchronising with the harmony inside and outside and breaking the boundaries of cast, creed or religion. She says even the boundaries of mind and body generate causes of bondage and sufferings while indifference to be good or bad, the freedom of spirit and Bhakti blossoms into renunciation of Jeevatman, which can be very well achieved while performing household duties too.
Youthful young Rejuvenators have quite a significant place in Aparnaji’s heart. She believes that they are like wet clay which could be sculpted easily into perfect peace loving divine human beings. She often tells them, “To achieve your desired goal, do your bit by working for a better world tirelessly. For one cannot be at peace until the whole world gets that.”
In today’s concrete world she is like a calm shelter for every exhausted human being. Her compassionate nature envelopes all, whoever comes in her close proximity leaves only after getting soaked with her overpowering divine aura.
In her own words,”The bliss will only surface after deep and profound meditation …. When one takes the required leap of faith and becomes ready to accept the miracle, then that divine intervention occurs, the very atom explodes, the state where each breath becomes meditative and each pulse starts responding to the rhythm of the universe… you are in Bliss , you are The Bliss!”
