‘Om’ is the sound of big bang, of the universe and of the smallest atom. As our Guru says, perfecting this one syllable can lead to enlightenment. In this meditation, participants learn how to become one with the sound of the Self. They are also taught about the science and mysteries hidden behind ‘magical’ first step to creation.
