HAPPY HOLI
The bright sun breaks through a dense mixture of differently shaped clouds, few droplets of water sprinkle the atmosphere with mist and a cosmic dance of colour emerges, pervading the entire sky with its glorious coloured hues. This, we call rainbow- a laughter in sky , an exuberance of happiness as colours represents joy.
So is Holi, the festival of colours shows the spirit of our Bharat, where people are naturally joyful and like to play, dance and celebrate each moment with vigour and fantasy. You won’t find shades of grey black white or brown in this country! Its always red green orange pink blue etc …all the bright hues filled with laughter and life! Be it Rajasthan or Kerala, Uttarakhand or Bengal, colour is the nature of Indian Spirit. The tendency to grow again, to smile with empty stomach and to dance in puddles of rain.
Holi is one such obvious expression bearing in its womb the seeds of equality and victory of goodness over the evils of devilish nature. The story of Prahlad and Hiranyakashipu paves the underlying sentiments of deep rooted culture that shows its strength in brightness of colours worn and played with too.
The unbound joy is felt truly in the city of Vrindawan where Holi is divine. The Raas of Kumari Radha Rani and Brij Bihari Kris
