Aparnaji has taken a special mission of removing these negative aspects from children’s lives, especially those attempting boards or any competitive exams.
She teaches children about all forms of stress- physical, emotional/mental and spiritual and the ways to identify and conquer them. Children also learn that small challenges in life should not affect them in anyway. Instead, they should face them like any simple task.

In Aparnaji’s loving guidance children practise a twenty minute stress relieving meditation and gets amazed to know the importance of meditation in making life peaceful. With practical examples, Aparnaji shows them how they can achieve more success and satisfaction.
